  • Key Objectives:  With data being the key player in today’s world and decision-making, we need to ensure that it is safe. Hence, data security, privacy, integrity, quality, regulatory compliance, and governance should be the primary most focus.
  • Single Source of Truth: With lots of data comes lots of noise too. We need to avoid them. Organizations should attempt to create highly centralized, control-oriented approaches to data and information architectures. A more flexible and realistic approach to data and information architectures involves both a single source of truth (SSOT) and multiple versions of the truth (MVOTs). The SSOT works at the data level; MVOTs support the management of information.
